Got Your Seal Costume

Today you can get your Seal Costume on Panfu. I didn't get on my blog in pictures of what the fisherman says when hes gives you a Seal Costume because I forgot. But to get your Seal Costume you have to play the game Fish'n'Fish and get 100 points. Then you have to go back to the fisherman in the Old Harbor and he will give you a seal costume.
