Go in there to go to the old Panfu.
You gotta wait a while

And when it is done you will end up in the old Beauty Salon. But it looks the same. (And I didn't take the pic at the Beauty Salon how it looks like now because have you noticed there is no Quest Book in the Old Panfu?) See the space circled in red.
